Background: Kiefer is a NCCP certified Level 2 squash coach with hundreds of hours of coaching experience with players at all levels. Whether you’re competing in tournaments, looking to take your game to the next level, or are just starting out, Kiefer will help you get where you want to go.

 Boot Camp – Get your game in shape for the upcoming season starting August 28th until September 13th on Mondays and Wednesdays from 12:00pm -1:00pm.
* No Class September 4th

Skills and Conditioning Clinics – We will be offering 2 clinics for varying levels of players on Mondays and Wednesdays from 12:00pm -1:00pm.

Mondays (C/D Level Players) – September 18th until December 11th. $110+gst for 11 sessions
*No classes October 2nd & 9th

Wednesdays (A/B Level Players) – September 20th until December 12th. $120+gst for 12 sessions
*No classes September 27th

Box Leagues – Free for squash members! Beginning in September. To participate in the box league, please contact Kiefer Waite (Email: Kieferwn@gmail.com)

Interclub Teams – We are currently looking for players in levels 5,8 & 13. Teams take turns hosting one another from various Squash Clubs around the city. Games are played every second week beginning September through March. If you are interested in joining one of the teams, please contact James Jelinski (email:james.jelinski@huskyenergy.com)

Private, semi-private and group lessons are available to both members and non-members of the facility. Availability may vary throughout the year.

Group Training – varies

Clinics for men and women of all abilities are offered periodically throughout the year. Squash-only groups work with the squash professional to improve knowledge, technique and on-court skills. Conditioning clinics including both on-and-off court training may also be offered, and focus on improving squash-specific skills, endurance and agility.
