Kira spent the majority of her childhood and teenage years in a dance studio in Pickering, Ontario, where she trained in various styles such as ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop and contemporary from the age of four years old. She started competing by the time she was six, and went on to receive numerous awards and scholarships, including a dance intensive in Los Angeles, where she was trained by and introduced to many renowned choreographers and dance professionals.
In 2011, she auditioned for So You Think You Can Dance Canada and went on to “finals week” in Toronto. Being a dancer most of her life has definitely influenced her style of training; very particular with detail and form as well as posture and body awareness.

I will work with my clients in order to bring the feeling of joy, and fulfillment back to their workout, in order to attain the goals set, while instilling the confidence to carry that positive feeling into all aspects of their lives.
