Come join us for our exciting group fitness classes, offered five days a week! These classes are a fantastic way to get fit, try new workouts, and engage with a welcoming community. Classes are included with all memberships or drop in visits.

High-intensity interval training, better known as HIIT, consists of short bursts of intense work followed by a quick recovery period and then right back to the tough work.

Welcome to Barre Fusion by Ballet Beats®. Enjoy a full-body workout that combines ballet with energizing music. These classes enhance muscular endurance, mobility, and technique, with no dance experience required. All fitness levels are welcome to join for movement and smiles!
