PAYMENT
Dues for the first month, partial month or re-joining fee (if applicable) are payable at the time of registration. Ongoing monthly dues are payable by pre-authorized bank withdrawal or by credit card on the 1st of each month.
CANCELLATION
To cancel your membership, please request and complete the cancellation form prior to the 24th of the month. Verbal notifications will not be accepted. To initiate your cancellation, send an email to info@wcpfitness.ab.ca
RE-JOINING
If you rejoin the fitness centre within six months of cancellation, a fee equal to one month of membership will apply. We recognize that unique circumstances may occur - please discuss any concerns with us before canceling.
